The Mission
Within the past five years, the climate technology and clean energy space have grown beyond expectations. Climate-focused funding in private markets is projected to continue over the coming decade, with the industry expected to grow to $1.9T by 2030. This is in addition to the BIL and IRA funding on the federal level creating jobs and opportunities for new leaders to come up in this industry. So, this is the time to jump in!
The goal of our work is to ensure that the tools are built and networks are made that enable those of us who have always stood up to injustice, centered environmental impact, and earth stewardship at the forefront of the economic boom that is growing from the clean energy
The inspiration behind this project came out of dozens of conversations with brilliant young folks across the country looking for advice on how to get a job in climate while simultaneously hearing from industry leaders that there is a gap in the workforce needed to decarbonize our economy.
This space is not simply a job board or a resource hub but an ecosystem to empower those who have always centered the earth to become leaders of the future.
